Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal information Indarix collects through this website, our contact form and email correspondence, and how we use it.
Last updated 11 October 2026
Who we are
Indarix ("we", "us") is the controller of the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us about privacy at privacy@indarix.com.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking. If you choose a light or dark theme, that preference is saved only in your own browser and is never sent to us.
Like any website, the provider that hosts this site may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details in its server logs. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.
When you contact us
If you contact us through our contact form or by email, we process the information you send, typically your name, email address, organisation, the topic you choose and the content of your message. We use it to reply to you and to manage any business relationship that follows.
Contact form submissions are received and stored by our hosting provider on our behalf, and forwarded to our email.
We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business. Where we enter into an agreement with you or your organisation, we may also process information as needed to perform that agreement.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our email and hosting providers, under contracts that require them to protect it. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
International transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- have inaccurate information corrected;
- have your information deleted;
- object to or restrict how we use it; and
- receive a copy of it in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@indarix.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
